| All users have login accounts, which enables edit
capability for their own personal information and ability
to participate in events.
The login and password management system relies on communication
via email for communicating and changing your password so
having your accurate email address is important.
Your login will be a text string in all lower case (not your
email address). It is generated upon registration and emailed to you.
Each person has a login or username and a password.
Upon initial creation of the account, a random password
is created that expires within a few days. An email is
sent to the user with a link to a page on the website
where they can set up their chosen password.
At any time you may
change your password (regardless whether you remember the original)
by going to the login page and
selecting the Forgot My Password link.

Changing Your Password
If you know your password and want to change it,
go to the website, click on the Login link in the
navigation bar at the top or bottom of the page. At the very
bottom of the login form click on the
Change My Password button. It will then ask you for your login,
your original password
and what you want your new one to be.
Fill that out and click on the Update My Password button at the bottom of the
page. If you don't remember your login or password, click on the Forgot My Password
and follow instructions below.
(Re)setting Your Password
If you are new to the website, do not remember your login or password, or your temporary password from a previous
password reset has expired,
go to the website, click on the Login link
in the
navigation bar at the top and bottom of the page. At the very bottom
of the login form click on the
Forgot My Password button. It will then ask you for your email address.
The system will then generate a temporary password and send you an email
containing a reset link
at the bottom of the email. Clicking on that link will send you to a web form
that will ask you to enter your new desired password twice when you click the
Update My Password you will able to login.
